New Employee Training: Provides comprehensive onboarding training to help new employees better understand the company culture, management rules, and operating procedures, and adapt to the work environment smoothly and quickly.
Management Skills Training: Offers management training programs for employees at different job levels to enhance their job-related abilities and skills.
Internal Training Instructor System: Establishes standards for the selection, training, and qualification of internal instructors, selecting employees with professional knowledge and teaching enthusiasm to conduct training and serve as course instructors and knowledge transfer providers within the company, perpetuating the company culture and conveying the Ruyi brand spirit.
Various Training Subsidies: Supports employees in on-the-job training to enhance their professional knowledge, providing subsidies for external training and travel expenses.
